At the Friends of West Florida Public Library, we welcome all kinds of gifts. Your gift of gently used books, CDs and DVDs will enjoy a second life in service of the library. Never forget that your time has value, too! And your financial contributions of any amount make a real impact in our community. Thank you, Pensacola!

Make a Difference... DONATE Today!

  • You don’t need to make a long-term commitment to make a lasting impact. Each dollar you donate will go towards keeping the vast collections, educational programs, and community services free for the people in our community. Every little bit helps.

Donations of two small bags can be delivered to any library. Larger donations should be delivered to our Friends of West Florida Public Library, Inc. warehouse located on 325 Commerce Street, and you may call Linda Williams at 850-450-2469 if you have any questions about your donation. Our building sits back off the street so please look down our driveway to see our building. When you arrive at the warehouse please ring the doorbell so that someone can accept the donations at the front door. Please pack your donations in small to medium boxes as most of our volunteers are seniors and can't lift heavy boxes.

We are open for donations every Thursday from 9am to noon, except on holidays.

If you need a receipt for tax purposes, we will provide one. We cannot, however, assign a dollar value to your donation.
