Atlantic Coast Theater Presentations – “Florida Treasures: A Viva Florida History Exploration”

When two tourists discover a treasure chest full of historical artifacts, they are magically transported back in time in a fun-filled journey through Florida history. The audience will laugh and learn about Ponce De Leon, the settlement of Pensacola (Florida’s “Almost Oldest” city), the founding of St. Augustine, and the “original” Pocahontas story. Age appropriate for grades K-8, but all are welcome to join in the fun! Lively comic characters, audience participation, & original music make Florida Treasures fun for the entire family.

Sponsored by Florida Humanities Council, Viva Florida 500, Friends of the Southwest Branch Library, and the Friends of West Florida Public Library
